How this document is agreed
The sponsor, each participant and their coach agree the format in the three-way agreement, before the first session. Participants review any wording about their own progress before it is shared. In a small group, themes may be left out entirely, because even a theme can identify someone.
Questions sponsors ask
Can we see individual progress?
Only what a participant has reviewed and agreed to share. There are no scores or rankings.
Will you tell us if someone stops attending?
Attendance is reported as the agreement sets out, usually a simple count per workshop.
Can the format change mid-programme?
Yes, by a three-way review. Nothing new is shared about the past without agreement.
