First 100 Days

A six-month programme, from £4,800 including VAT: from £4,000 plus £800 VAT at 20%. These are illustrative assumptions as of 12 October 2026. The written proposal confirms scope and final fee.

One 90-minute kick-off and twelve 75-minute sessions total 16.5 contact hours. Short weekly written check-ins are included. Dividing the fee by session hours leaves out support between sessions, preparation and running the practice. There is no hourly rate to buy.

Company programmes

The quote depends on headcount, four 3.5-hour workshops, optional private work, staffing, design, reporting, room access and travel. The proposal states the fee excluding VAT, VAT at 20%, and the total. The week tool does not calculate a company fee.

What to agree

Room hire outside the usual Farringdon rooms, psychometric tests and 360 feedback are agreed separately. Coaching does not include therapy, legal or financial advice. Reports beyond the agreed employer summary are not included.

Compare scope, session length, support between sessions, confidentiality and the process for changing or ending the arrangement. There is no deposit or payment on this site.
