What is leadership coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Leadership coaching is a series of confidential conversations about your work: decisions, relationships, priorities and how you lead. Tessa asks questions, offers frameworks and helps you plan next steps. It is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, your GP or NHS Talking Therapies (you can refer yourself) is the right place to start.

Who does Tessa work with?

Newly promoted or newly hired directors and heads of department, usually in their first twelve months in a bigger role, and companies that want to support groups of new leaders. She does not coach people in a crisis at work, or provide career coaching for job seekers.

What is Tessa's background?

Fifteen years in operations leadership at European companies, then full-time coaching since 2018. This is a fictional biography. Accreditation, supervision arrangements and insurance evidence are not supplied in this demo.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. What you say in sessions stays between you and Tessa, except where there is a risk of serious harm or a legal duty to disclose. If your employer pays, the written proposal says in advance what is shared with them, which is usually only attendance and the goals you agreed.

How much does coaching cost?

First 100 Days starts from £4,800 including VAT for six months of fortnightly sessions. Programmes for companies and speaking are quoted for each client. These prices are information only: everything is arranged through a discovery call and a written proposal, and nothing can be bought on this website.

What happens on a discovery call?

A free 30-minute conversation about your role and what you want from coaching. Tessa will ask a few questions, explain how she works and say whether she is the right fit. There is no obligation, and no payment is taken. If you both want to go ahead, she sends a written proposal.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Many people are funded by their employer. Tell Tessa on the discovery call and she will explain how a three-way agreement works, including what the employer sees and what stays private.

How long does coaching last?

First 100 Days lasts six months, with a 90-minute kick-off session and twelve 75-minute sessions, one every two weeks. Company programmes last about six months and are adjusted for each company. Speaking engagements are a single event or a short series.

Where do sessions take place?

In person in a bookable meeting room a short walk from Farringdon station, London EC1, or by video. Many clients mix the two. The exact room is shared when a session is booked.

Is Tessa Lindqvist a real person?

No. Tessa, her background and her business are fictional, and her portrait is AI-generated. This site is a demo made by Vulpesco, a web and marketing agency, to show what a coach's website, email and tools can look like. Nothing can be bought and no form sends anything.
