Rowan Hale
Second associate coach. Joins when a programme needs parallel sessions or groups.
“What does your new role need from your relationships?”
A question Rowan Hale often asks. All three coaches on this site are fictional people.
Background
Rowan joins programmes that need parallel groups or more private sessions than two coaches can hold.
Each participant meets their proposed coach before accepting. If the fit is wrong later, we pause and discuss a change; an instant replacement is not promised.
How I work
Rowan works on the relationships a new role depends on.
Who I work with
- Parallel workshop groups
- Private sessions
Is this the right coach for you?
Can I meet the coach before deciding?
Yes. The free first call is about fit. In company programmes each participant has a short fit conversation with their proposed coach before accepting.
What if the fit is wrong later?
We pause and discuss a change. A replacement depends on who is available, so it is agreed, not instant.
Does the coach report to my employer?
Only what the written agreement names, usually attendance and the goals you agreed. Private notes are never shared.
