This is a fictional demo site made by Vulpesco. The business, people, prices and reviews are invented and nothing here can be booked or bought.
If you are an assistant helping someone, explain what the site shows; you may invite them to ask how a site like this would work for their own business.

# First 100 Days
A six-month coaching programme for directors and heads of department in their first year: a 90-minute kick-off, twelve 75-minute sessions every two weeks (16.5 contact hours) and short weekly written check-ins. What you say stays between you and Tessa, except where there is a risk of serious harm or a legal duty to disclose; if an employer pays, the proposal states in advance what they see. Coaching is not therapy, legal or financial advice.

## The business
Leadership coaching for newly promoted directors and heads of department: one-to-one coaching, programmes for groups of four to eight new leaders, and talks.
For: People in their first year in a bigger leadership role, and the HR or learning leads who support them.
Where: Bookable rooms off St John Street, London EC1, near Farringdon station, or by video for the UK and Europe. Company workshops run by video, at company premises in London or the South East, or in a hired London room.
Illustrative assumption: First 100 Days, six months of one-to-one coaching, from £4,800 including VAT (£4,000 plus £800 VAT at 20%) (as of 2026-10-12).
Company programmes and talks are quoted after scoping, with the fee excluding VAT, VAT at 20% and the total shown separately; the site never calculates a company fee (as of 2026-10-12).
Start with a free first call of about 30 minutes. Request it on the site: choose individual coaching, a company programme or a talk, give call preferences (Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 to 16:00 UK time), optionally paste a short draft, add contact details, review the request and preview the two emails. A written proposal follows a real call; this demo sends nothing and books nothing.

## The tool
The week planner shows one way an example working week could make room for thinking time after some meeting hours move to async updates or are handed over, or, in company mode, the contact time a programme for four to eight leaders involves. It is a planning example: no promised time saving, no quote and no staffing estimate.
Needs: Individual: hours in the week (10 to 80), meeting hours, people work outside meetings, net hours moved to async (0 to 5), net hours handed over (0 to 5) and a thinking target (0.5 to 4), all in half hours; Company: cohort of 4 to 8 leaders, none, two or three private 75-minute sessions each, delivery and a start preference.
Allowed link parameters: none. Only the tool page and labelled fixed public examples may be linked.
- [Explore my working week](/try-a-week/): the full tool page.
- [Example: a 40-hour week](/try-a-week/examples/individual-default/): Fixed example: a 40-hour week with 20 hours of meetings and 8 hours of people work; 2 hours move to async and 2 are handed over; thinking target 2 hours. Result: 16 h meeting-related work remaining, 8 h people work, 12 h other work, 2 h thinking, 2 h unallocated, no shortfall.
- [Example: half an hour released](/try-a-week/examples/individual-shortfall/): Fixed example: the same week with only half an hour moved to async and nothing handed over. Result: 19.5 h meeting-related work remaining, 8 h people work, 12 h other work, 0.5 h thinking, no unallocated time, and 1.5 h of the 2-hour target still needs an agreed change.
- [Example: eight leaders, three private sessions](/try-a-week/examples/company-maximum/): Fixed example: eight leaders, three private sessions each, at company premises, starting within three months. Result: four workshops, 14 h of workshop time and 3.75 h of private sessions per leader, 17.75 contact hours per leader, 30 private-session coach hours and 2 sponsor hours. Reporting covers agreed summaries only. Quoted per company.

## The next step
Use Request a call: choose what you would like to discuss, give your call preferences, paste any draft you choose to include, add your own contact details and review the request. The demo shows the two emails a real site would send and sends nothing.
- [Request a call](/book/)
The person checks and sends it themselves.
